    Hiring Assistant Director in Program/Project Management For a reputed MNC in Gurgaon and BangaloreOur expertise is in the areas of Project Management, Agile PM, Strategic Consulting,Process Improvement, Organization Design, large scale Digital Transformation and Organizational Change Management.Project Management responsibilitiesWork closely with MNC leaders across different geographies in designing, leading andimplementing internal business programs of varying size and complexityPerform rapid assessment of landscape for clients and provide insights to accelerate actiontowards refining their current stateDrive decision making and be the trusted advisor to the stakeholdersBring diverse and thought-provoking perspective to transformations, including market trends,new and innovative ideas from your experience and MNC points of viewExplore and co-create solutions that address the needs of clientsDrive and build upon a culture of continuous improvement by developing innovative ideasDevelop detailed project plans, anticipate risks and plan mitigations ahead of timeEffectively collaborate with multiple and diverse set of stakeholders in a global environmentDeploy your core skills (particularly Project Management) to lead the initiative with governanceand control, track progress, report on SLAs and KPIs regularly to create client confidenceDrive effective change management initiatives plans post identifying stakeholder challenges and understanding expectationsSkills and attributes for successExcellent written, oral and presentation skills, including business narratives and storytellingApplication of project management methodologies - project initiation, current state analysis,future state design, process design, implementation and project transition/closeExcellent stakeholder engagement skillsStrong facilitation skills with senior stakeholders to drive decisions and consensusUnderstanding of functional processes such as IT, HR, Finance and transformations of theseprocessesStrong MS Office skills particularly, to develop engaging presentationsSignificant experience in leading transformations and strategic initiatives, and leveragingconsulting skills, project and change management as key enablersAbility to work and team across cultures and organizational ranksGood analytical, judgment, tact and decision-making ability along with critical thinking skillsAbility to take up travel and conduct multi time zone meetings outside of local business hours,when neededTo qualify for the role, you must have7+ years of experience with at least 5+ years of relevant project management experienceExperience of managing workstreams / project initiatives in large scale, complex transformationsProven ability to guide, lead and coach client leadership / project teams across the lifecycle ofcomplex programs and strategic initiativesExperience of managing senior stakeholder relationships at CxO, Partner, Functional Head levelsAwareness and experience of leveraging technology as enablersGood to haveExperience working in the Big 4 professional services firms and other global managementconsultancies is highly desirableMBA or equivalent advanced education is preferableCertification in Project Management (PRINCE II, PMP), Agile methodology (SCRUM), ChangeManagement, Design Thinking, Facilitation will be an advantage
