Together, we re working at the pace of change on diagnostic tools that address the world s biggest health challenges, driven by knowing that behind every test there is a patient waiting.Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.The IT Salesforce Manager is responsible leading a pool of Salesforce consultants/developers fully focused on the EMEA business needs, managing demand on projects, enhancements, and ensuring quality delivery, both in terms of time and quality of the solution. He/she will ensure that his/her team follows best practices as defined by the assigned Senior Solution Architect and analyst in the EMEA region. He/She will report to the EMEA IT Applications Director, having a fluid and constant communication and visibility of his/her team.Being IT salesforce manager you will have the opportunity to grown on the company and learn about all Cepheid Business and be part of an excellent group of Danaher.This position is part of the IT department and will be located in India, Gurugram corporate office. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
• Develop and lead a team of offshore resources for projects/enhancements/tickets.
• Direct communication with Solution Architect and Salesforce Analyst that are the first contact for the business.
• Work on the agile methodology to be implemented with the offshore team.
• Communicate with other Salesforce administrators and developers to ensure solutions proposed are aligned with global templates or differences understood and approved.
• Provide system administration support for all Cepheid s Salesforce.com instance
The essential requirements of the job include:
• You hold a 5+ years of related work experience leading a developer team
• Salesforce hands on experience with 5+ years developing/parametrization the system.
• Good understanding of Salesforce Platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Einstein Analytics and Community Cloud
• Good understanding of Salesforce CPQ, including implementation and support experience
• Verbal and written proficiency in English
• Salesforce Developer Certification, Salesforce Administrator Certification
• An excellent team player
• Self-motivated and creative.
• Action-oriented and committed to always delivering on promises
• Natural leadership skill and results oriented
• Calm and considered when working in a fast-paced, pressurized environment.
• Open and honest
• Flexible and adaptable
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
• Working on multi-cultural companies.
• Expertise on pharma companies would be a plus.
