Job Description

    Short DescriptionTo manage projects and support implemented analytical solutions in a successful and timely manner for faster & data driven decision making by the businessKey ResponsibilitiesInitiate dialog with business users to know their requirements/pain areas and provide analytical solutions
    • Discussion with business users and understand the requirement
    • Ensure BRD from business
    Prepare the project plan and timely update to all stake holders
    • Discuss with technical team and prepare the project plan
    • Share the high level project plan with timeline to all stake holder
    • Send periodic project progress update
    Support to on-going analytical solutions
    • Ensure occurrence of daily stand-up meeting
    • Tracking of monthly development/enhancements (CR)
    • Daily tickets allocation and tracking
    • On-call support to business queries
    • Support to application upgrades activities
    Ensure availability of technical resource to deliver the project
    • Discussion with technology partners for technical resources
    • Allocate resource on the project as per their skill set
    Work Assignment & tracking development activities assigned to team for timely delivery
    • Requirement freezing & effort estimation
    • Task allocation to the team members
    • Routing status review
    Ensure completion of all project documentation and technical skill development of internal resources
    • Ensure all technical documentation will be completed
    • Technical review of document
    • Ensure tech. trainings
