Job Description

    Company - A leading General Insurance CompanyRole - Analytics Extended WarrantyDesignation - Senior Manager/Chief ManagerVertical - Motor UnderwritingLocation - GurugramBroad Responsibilities -Role-A challengingcareer in a reputed organization will enhance professional skills in motor Portfolio Management. Scope for developing knowledge within the cross vertical functions. Will be part of a stimulating and challenging environment along with building the success of the company.
    • Formulate product construct, guideline, pricing for motor extended warranty.
    • Periodic meeting with OEM and Non OEMs partner along with other stakeholder as business enabler.
    • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders include IT, Reinsurer, Actuarial, Product, Sales, claim, operation team for end-to-end support & prudent underwriting.
    • Periodic portfolio review & analytics support to ensure profitable growth.
    • Formulate and implement Guidelines and quality checks within the Underwriting Philosophy
    • Handle day to day transactional deviations and queries.
    • Regular reconciliation and MIS for stakeholders.
    • Develop a monitoring system for necessary support & control.
    Ideal candidate:
    • Minimum 3 - 7years experience in relevant role
    • Good understanding of Extended Warranty Risk and portfolio management.
    • Excel & PowerPoint proficiency must, data analytics / AI/ ML/Python would be an advantage.
