Job Description

    Position : Senior Account Delivery Manager- Domestic RecruitmentLogic Planet is looking for a highly motivated, people-oriented, and ambitious Account Delivery Manager to join our team and provide efficient, smarter hiring solutions to our accounts.Key Responsibilities:-
    • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on hiring activities and outcomes
    • Responsible for driving team performance and managing P&L
    • Take ownership of Affirmative Action Plan; understand diversity goals and provide education to hiring managers to ensure and present a diverse candidate slate.
    • Responsible for driving business growth and meet weekly/monthly/quarterly goals as set by management team.
    • Ownership of full-recruitment cycle and delivery
    • Act as SPOC for all customer escalations
    • Is Accountable for the Total Customer Experience of the customer
    • Conduct regular formal reviews with customer to ensure that customer is satisfied with service delivered
    • Review, analyze, mentor and coach support teams to ensure recruiting goals are being met through a reciprocal approach.
    • Build a good network in the job market and able to get good number of references for various super niche demands.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
    Requirement:-
    • Minimum 9 years of experience in domestic recruitment and leading large Client support engagements
    • Superior project- and time-management abilities
    • Expert communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
    • Should be from IT Domestic Staffing Industry Only
    • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
    • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in building client relationship, overseeing various client engagements, achieving top line as well as bottom line targets.
    • Experience of using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
    • Ability to multitask and collaborate with others in a fast-paced work environment
