We are looking for a qualified HR business partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they- re aligned with business goals.Candidates should have experience with HR practices and employee management. Should be experienced to manage business stakeholders, express new ideas and provide strategic solutions for employee management.Should be able to act as an advisor on human resources management and organizational changes.Consulting with business line management and provide daily HR guidance. Analyzing trends and metrics with the HR department.Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances .The individual will implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.The candidate will possess the ability to complete high volumes of tasks with minimal guidance or supervision and deadline sensitivity. As such, the candidate must be skilled at anticipating problems, creating contingency plans, managing multiple priorities, problem solving and organizing logistics. Key to the position is the ability to keep the team organized, prioritized and on time while also serving as a go to for all areas and departments .Roles and Responsibilities :1. Implement employee surveys and questionnaires; analyse and derive action plan based on survey results2. Responsible for onboarding and partnering with the recruitment team in hiring associates based on business forecasts3. Partner with business leaders and other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce4. Implement new policies, procedures and programs in support of Business5. Be the first point of contact for all employee grievances and partner with the Business in conducting necessary investigations.6. Provide MIS support for Attrition analysis, includes- analyzing Exit interview, observe trends and highlight important aspects, prepare and publish dashboards7. Drive engagement initiatives Drive Performance Management process8. Partner with functions to drive Career progression initiatives9. Support the L&D team in conducting training needs assessment for employees across levels10. Responsible in conducting regular vendor audits to ensure labor compliance.11. Responsible for statutory compliance12.Team manement & reportingJob Requirement :1. Proven skill in the operation and utilization software such as Microsoft Word for Windows, Excel, etc.2. Able to travel, as appropriate3.Ability to analyze organization and individual needs and create the most cost-effective package to meet them4. Experience with assessing executive talent and filling vacant position- Proven understanding of the role and functions of a human resource office within a corporate operations structure5. Broad experience and specific knowledge of human resource theory, functions and practice; performance appraisal systems and staff development6. Proven ability to use initiative in carrying out tasks.Proven ability to prioritize tasks and to organize workload to assure that short timelines are met while having frequent interruptions7. Exposure to statutory compliance s and labour lawsPreferred Qualifications :- Candidates should have a work experience of 8yrs to 10 years in relevant HRBP domain- HRBP experience is a mandate, experience in employee relations, adept at HR statutory compliance, performance management, talent management, HR projects, succession planning, etc.-Must have working exp of Warehouse set up/FC/LFC/Ecommerce background- Education: MBA or Masters Degree in HR/Social Work/ from B schools,
