Job Description

DEPARTMENT xe2x80x93 Global Marketing REPORTING MANAGER- Indu Sharma, Senior GM Communications SCOPE OF WORK- The primary scope of work for the candidate will be- SCOPE DESCRIPTIONInternal Communications

  • Create implementation of a proactive internal communications strategy
  • Lead all local & Global employee focused campaigns/ activities
  • Manage all employee event communications xe2x80x93 Townhall, Excom Messages, Leadership Forums, etc.
  • Support business by creating awareness among employees through constant updates about company & business development
  • Identify opportunities within the organization to engage employees constantly in collaboration with HR and other departments
  • Maintain & modify the internal comms calendar & share monthly reports & plans
Content Creation-
  • Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as company intranet, monthly newsletter or regular email messages and yammer
  • Lead content development for leadership- video & written
  • Drafting communications for Excom members and Senior leadership- speeches and messages
  • Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and teams of the organization
Social Media Management for SE Leadership
  • Lead social media management for select SE Leaders
  • Devise annual strategy, create monthly calendar & draft the content
Event Management
  • Lead all the big company projects/ activities managed by the Global Marketing team- sponsorship event, press event, etc.
  • Manage event management agency relationship for smooth planning & execution for all external events
Relationship Management
  • Maintain good relationships & work closely with different Business units, external communications, digital, HR & administrative teams for smooth operations
KEY SKILLS xe2x80x93
  • Creativity - Ability to plan & ideate creative ways to engage employees with activities/ messages.
  • Self-Starter - Ability to work as an individual contributor, actively looking for opportunities to improve internal communications.
  • Leadership Skills- Ability to work with senior leaders & explain communication techniques to them confidently
  • Creative and business writing skills: You need excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills as well as the journalistic ability to source stories from employee
  • Behaviourial skills: Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Creative Skills: To create communication and state same messages multiple times on different platforms.
EDUCATION-
  • Bachelors or masterxe2x80x99s degree in journalism / Mass Communication from a reputable institution.
EXPERIENCE-
  • 9-10 years of experience in a communications team focusing on internal communication, for a large organization- B2B is preferred.
  • Experience in managing social media for leadership is preferred
  • Experience in managing events.
Qualifications
  • Masterxe2x80x99s degree in journalism / Mass Communication from a reputable institution.
