Senior Director - Value Identification & Execution - Pre-IPO Social Software Leader Responsibilities : - You will be at the forefront of a newly created team, tasked with owning value identification and quantification within the top strategic accounts globally as part of a new initiative which has been created to pioneer a deeper level of engagement across the entire executive team - Working at executive level, you will dissect strategic customers building business cases through collaborations with stakeholders across all disciplines - Your aim will be to "digitise" the customers' business strategy in order to create actionable and quantifiable insight for the internal Sales and Engagement teams to act on - You will play a key role in ensuring continued innovation of the enterprise offerings through your valuable insight gained with C-level customer contacts. Experience Required : - You have extensive experience working at a global consultancy (McKinsey & Co, PwC, Bain & Co, Accenture etc) in a manager/director capacity - You have expertise in strategic digital transformation within the enterprise - You have a strong executive business mindset - you have the ability to understand business strategy and build a business case from start to finish - Your approach is structured and analytical - You carry significant credibility at Exec level - You communicate confidently and clearly - You know how to work closely with sales - this role will be all about building internal rapport and aligning/managing expectations with all stakeholders involved - The thought of joining a brand new team in a global tech vendor with a genuine start-up feel and openness to innovation excites you
