Role: Sr. Executive- Export-Import Coordinator & Custom ClearanceOpen Positions: 1Experience: 3 to 5 YearsAnnual CTC: 3 Lac to 4.2 Lac Job Location: MG Road, Gurugram Industry Type: International Logistics & Warehousing Functional Area: Shipping & Client RelationEmployment Type: Full Time, PermanentEducation: Graduate/Post GraduateKey Skills Required: Excellent Communication Skills, Freight Forwarding, Shipping Coordination

  • Understand customer needs and address them
  • Coordination between all teams - Warehousing, Custom Clearance, Operations & & Freight
  • Forwarding
  • Virtually ensuring smooth inbounds and outbounds
  • Communicating with international clients to receive and process orders
  • Resolve customer complaints and grievances immediately
  • Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
  • Stock and Daily reporting as per client needs
  • Proven experience in Customer Relations
  • Fluent English and good communication skills are mandatory
  • Soft Spoken
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Agile and proactive
  • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Well-versed with import-export documentation, Incoterms, and procedures
  • Male candidates with experience in Freight forwarding/IMPEX/Bonded warehousing/custom clearance are preferred.
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per monthJadwal:
  • Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Gurugram, Gurugram - 122002, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • Export Import Coordination & Custom Clearance: 5 years (Preferred)
