Every year we have hired students and we consider them as sustainability executives. We provide a lot of real-world inputs and industrial exposure to them which is beyond theory. In these 6 months, we provided them with independent work which helps them become good managers and even entrepreneurs once they complete their internship. Our students have been from IIML, TERI, NITIE, XIMB, TISS, and SIMB in the past and they have loved the speed, energy & knowledge we have to offer.Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include:1.
