Know more about us: Brief about the Team You will be a part of a fast-moving entrepreneurial unit working on non-linear growth ideas and will hold a central position that allows you to work on cross-functional projects with all business streams ranging from product, marketing, consumer experience, pricing, and operations. You will work in ambiguity, building and communicating a clear approach and ensuring that we are balancing customer needs, having a competitive landscape and strategic priorities constantly. What will you do Responsible for overall sales/revenue targets and business profitability for the area Identify and visit prospective customers, doctors, and clinics within specified areas/ Territory. Manage daily planning for sales visits, track and monitor outcomes of visits Documentation and data updating of all transactions, client relationships and visits Relationship management with doctors & KOLs and ensure superior service levels & continuous feedback. Collection and prompt resolution of any requirements/issue Collaborate with other members from the sales team across areas/ territories Support brand-building activities in the region for Tata 1mg labs What we are looking for Preferably a postgraduate degree in Business Management Proven team management and sales experience of 4-8 years in the Pathology/ Diagnostics/Healthcare Industry Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
