It is part of the Business Processing Services area of the business for which we provide a P2P (procurement to Pay) services. The Onsite team are based on the customer site and support the wider team on 2 locations (India and Preston).The team in Nottingham consists of 6 people (including the Team Leader and Operations Manager). The team work in partnership with the operations team based in Gurgaon India, Preston, UK and Onsite with the Customer in Nottingham.Role PurposeThe onsite team is responsible for providing advice, support and assistance to customers following established methods and procedures, but on occasions judgment will need to be exercised.
