Requirements Solid understanding of COBOL, IMSDB2, JCL, PLI, File Aid, Spufi, ISPF and other utilities. Solid understanding of Mainframe technology, MQ Series technologies preferred. A confident, self-starter who can completely own the application delivery and can work independently or in a team environment. Strong analysis and problem solving skills to breakdown high-level business requirements into more detail by questioning and probing for clarification. Ability to learn quickly and ramp up on new technologies and systems. Ability to work collaboratively with others technical and non-technical partners or team members.
