Fluent in English (written and verbal) as well as fluent in local language for country of application. Sales experience preferred, not a must. 2 to 5 years experience in a Partner / customer facing role. As Channel Sales Rep, you will work along and learn to:. Transform our channel Partners into a business engine to drive growth. Work closely with our Partners to understand their landscape, identify gaps, enable their resources, and derive strategy to implement NetApp velocity programs through distributor channel partners. Work and engage with channel partners to drive push of NetApp technologies through distributors. Provide and recommend appropriate product and position pricing especially into velocity/SMB via partners. Work with the Partners to design strong and implementable business and marketing plans and strategic initiatives. Influence Partner mindset along NetApp direction and guide them towards incremental growth areas. Work with Distributors to design appropriate and directive channel programs to adapt to local needs, driving top-line, profitability, and channel loyalty. Drive Partner enablement & readiness for NetApp solutions while also owning sales and forecasting responsibilities. Provide weekly, Quarterly and Yearly forecast, Pipeline reviews, Partners quarterly business review & follow-up of key business metrics relating to Sales activities through channels. Build a strong Channel route to market for NetAppA successful you will become. Customer oriented with the ability not only relate to businesses, partners & customers but be driven with humble attitude and deep ability to maintain and grow them. An effective communicator and influencer, a contributor for channel business and evangelist of companys solutions to partner community supporting companys business growth. You will persuade and influence opinions, also override challenges confidently recommending the best solution. You will also be positive in receiving and managing constructive feedback, taking proactive responsibilities to develop and learn from experiences. A successful team player who can lead, drive, and motivate others aroundEducationTypically require Bachelors or Masters degree with preferably 2 to 5 years of experience
