As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations at various construction sites. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.Qualifications And Skills Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role Strong knowledge of construction processes, tools, and materials Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proficient in MS Office and construction management softwareRoles And Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee construction activities at multiple sites Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures Manage and monitor construction schedules, budgets, and quality standards Supervise site operations and provide guidance to construction teams Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including daily progress reports and site records Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential risks and implement preventive measures Train and mentor junior site staff,
