Plant HR Manager- Dadra PlantManpower Planning: :- Partner with Plant head in managing DEE and ODE within Approved ABP.- Plan and provide blue collar employees as per the production plan- Recruitment of Contractors, Contract employees and other third party service provider persons- To ensure manpower is rotated for internal requirements and a proper road map is designed which will aid resourcingProductivity:- Ensuring adoption of benchmarked practices with in any Manufacturing Units and to roll out the same practice in other factories to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.- Periodic review of achievement of Productivity as agreed in the LTS.Statutory Compliance:- Ensure 100% Statutory compliance of plant- Liasioning with Government agencies for obtaining licenses and permissions as required.- Responsible for updating the Statutory Compliance software i.e. Star Compliance on a periodic basisIndustrial Relation:- Participate in the LTS negotiation discussion with the Union Committee and ensure the timely settlement that too within Company budget.- Responsible for setting up Grievance handling process and the resolve the issues within the legal framework,- Arrange periodic meetings with Committee members to understand IR situation- Setting up all Committees such as Canteen Committee, Safety Committee, Scrap Committee, etc and ensure periodic meetings are conducted to resolve the grievance if any.- Attend labour cases and support the lawyers assigned to the same on need basis- Handling court cases across all plants and recommending when matters could be settled out of court on the basis of cost-benefit analysis.Training & Development:- Multi Skilling for operators- Group level identification of training needs for M staff and operators, faculty identification and approval, nominations, approvals for training logistics, training feedback collation and analysis, faculty evaluation. Module creation and design. Tracking of training done. Conduct internal programs for operators and managers. Coordinate with CTDO.Recruitment:- Responsible for recruitment of M Staff by following recruitment process and ensuring recruitment of right person to the right jobPMS:- Performance Management process coordination - Adherence to PMS schedules, Cascade and capability building for all PMS activities. Grievance and query handling. On time release of Letters on increments and variable pay. Facilitating Normalization discussions at factory LevelEmployee Engagement:- Plan the employee engagement initiatives at plant to retain the healthy environment and team bonding.- Drive various engagement initiative as per Corporate advice such as Blue Star Celebration etc.Admin:- Responsible for administration of Security, Canteen, Vehicle Management, Guest House Management, Construction Work, Courier, Telephone, Connectivity etc.EHS:- Monitor EHS activities and ensure safe and healthy environment maintained at work placeKey Performance Indicators:- KPI 1 - Participate in the LTS negotiation discussion with the Union Committee and ensure the timely settlement that too within Company budget.- KPI 2- Plan and provide blue collar employees as per the production plan- Ensure 100% statutory compliance- Talent hiring for approved Positions as per Recruitment SLAs- Employee retention- Improvement in scores of Internal customer satisfaction survey and Employee Engagement survey- Employee retention- Employee engagement calendar leading to professional engagement of employees- Statutory compliance- Improvement in scores of Internal customer satisfaction survey and Employee Engagement survey
