Job description for PromoterHandling Walk in Customer inquiry at Showroom.Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/servicesCreate a positive image and lead consumers to use itReport on demonstration related information.Understand customer needs and requirements.Responsible for understanding customers needs and making effective pitches to get new business from them, whether its an individual or organization that requires products/services sold on behalf of his corporate parents.Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.Follow up with customer.Answering questions about products or the companyThey must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.Keep records of calls and sales and note useful informationMaintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional aftersales service.Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through Walk-in, website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
