The mission is to provide affordable and accessible healthcare at the nearest possible location to strengthen primary health services across the country.Job Summary:We are seeking a competitive and dedicated Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join the team at Vaishali, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. In this role, you will act as the key link between company and healthcare professionals, promoting and selling pharmaceutical and medical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant stakeholders. Your main objective will be to meet sales targets, increase product visibility, and maximize sales growth. The ideal candidate should possess proven medical sales experience, excellent communication and sales skills, and a deep understanding of our medications and the healthcare market.Role and Responsibilities: (Day-to-Day Activities)
1. Implement strategic marketing initiatives to effectively promote and sell company medications to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
2. Proactively schedule and coordinate appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals through a combination of cold calling and pre-arranged appointments, ensuring optimal opportunities to present and showcase company medications
3. Deliver impactful and engaging presentations to diverse healthcare audiences, including doctors, practice staff, nurses, and pharmacists, across a range of settings such as GP surgeries, hospitals, and retail sectors.
4. Develop a comprehensive understanding of company medications, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
5. Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with customers to foster repeat purchases and loyalty.
6. Conduct research on competitor medications and their market performances to stay informed and identify opportunities.
7. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential customers and Follow up on leads generated by the company and convert them into sales opportunities.
8. Stay updated on new developments in the medical field and analyze their impact on the companys business strategies.
9. Attend company meetings, technical data presentations, and briefings.
10. Organize conferences and events for medical staff. Maintain detailed records of contacts and sales activities.
11. Foster positive working relationships with medical professionals and provide support to administrative staff.
12. Collaborate with the area sales team or manager to plan work schedules, targets and implement brand strategies that align with marketing objectives.
13. Acquire new customers and build long-term relationships with existing ones.
14. Work efficiently to meet or exceed sales targets, regularly monitoring and adjusting business plans as needed.
Education & Experience Requirement: The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:
1. Must have completed Bachelors in Pharma or Masters in Pharma or MBA Marketing
2. Proven 1+Year Experience in Pharmaceutical/ Medical Sales

1. Should have Interest in Pharma Sales - Marketing and Continuously learn and update product knowledge, industry trends, and selling skills.
2. Professionalism, with excellent communication skills to deliver high-quality work by effectively presenting and discussing clinical data with healthcare professionals.
3. Analysing information, decision-making, listening skills and Strong negotiation skills
4. Strong relationships building skills with Exceptional customer service skills.
5. Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, software programs used for documentation and report generation.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
