Job Description

    We are Looking For OperationManagerOperationManager will be responsible:
    • For timely bill submission and collection.
    • For managing the operational issues arising from the clients as well asemployees end and resolve the matters on priority basis.
    • For taking regular meetings with clients and team.
    • For deployment of the manpower.
    • For manpower planning, arranging, recruiting, handling and providing basictraining.
    • For realization of the payment and follow up for the recovery from the existingclients.
    • For resolving the guards/ employees issues at the ground level and resolvingtheir concerns on priority basis.
    • For resolving the issues related to salary & wages, overtime etc
    SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
    • Mustbe holding experience in working in a Security Company earlier.
    • Capabilities of handling 300+ man force.
    • Clients handling
    • Holding good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Computer Savvy-Knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Internet.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Must be holding aBachelor degree.
    EXPERIENCE:Provenexperience as operation executive/ manager in a Security Company.
