Job Description

  1. Marketing Strategy Development Independently and with MD
  • Understanding Markets Needs and Demands and creating marketing strategy for mobilizing New Schemes.
  • Strategic Development of New Products and creating Strategic Channels and Interested parties to mobilize sales across PAN India.
  • Developing S&M Knowledge of new schemes with Team members by effective Mentoring and Guiding
  1. Marketing and Sales Schemes India Zone-: With an individual target of 1 to 1.3 Cr per year for Certification Schemes across PAN India and an overall Functional Target of 2.5 to 3 Cr as a function including others 7 members output ( 1 Asst Manager/Ad hock TL, 3 Sr. Executives and their 3 supports)
  • Client Development in Premier Businesses and corporates; Managing Enquiry Registers with Team member, management of appointments with premiers / corporates and getting appointments confirmation with the assistance of team; Developing Premier IP channels / referrals; Ensuring all such channels/ referrals data trackers managed by Ad hock TL /Team Members.
  • Managing with Team for all sales documentation like Enquiry registers, Sales software, Quotations, Agreements IPs, Coordination for assessments, drafts, payments as a strategic reviewer with TMs.
  • Monitoring Mentoring Tender Chapter with Specific Ad hock TL /Team Members.
  • Ensuring Timely Time Sheets of self and all Ad hock TL /Team Members.
  • Reviewing Approving Sales Travel Expense statements for Ad hock TL /Team Members and effective coordination with Accounts.
  • Management of S & M Impartiality, Ethics and Process Integrity at all times. This includes a Due Diligence on Team Members and acting with Management.
  • Strategic Assurance of PAYMENTS received in time and timely review by TMs and with Accounts such as weekly status List etc.
  • Training and Knowledge buildup with Team Members on S&M process.
  • Approval of LOC.
  • Due Diligence on Risks with Clients and IPs.
  1. Setting UP Strategic Resources including Offices, S&M Personnel PAN India, includes Identification of suitable resource, coordination selection with HR, Development of such resources and Monitoring their Performance. In one year, appx 4 to 5 S&M Resources are to be hired and get them to performance within the Year.
  2. PAN India Travel and meeting corporates and Premiers IPs across country and gaining understandings helping to set up.
  3. Quarterly Short Appraisals of Team Members and One Annual Appraisals in April/ June.
  4. Developing a culture with Team of Timeliness of responses, Greetings with IPs and attracting.
  5. Establishing himself in a Leadership Role and a Role.
  6. A specific Responsibility will include to Expand existing International Certification base of the Company.In addition, the Assessment Manager also handles the Surveillances of all International assignments.
Competence Requirement:Min.12 years working Experience and Process Understanding at Micro Levels closer to Job Responsibilities in similar sector.MBA or equivalent as addon degree. Valid DL, Passportand vehicle Driving skills.
