JOB DESCRIPTIONExperiences are required Details:- Preparation of the monthly financial statement.- Knowledge of project accounting will be an asset.- Monthly Bank, AR & AP Reconciliation- Preparation monthly / Quarterly / Annual covenant reports to Bank- Deal with the External Auditors- Preparation & filling of 15CA- Preparation of Quarterly and half yearly reporting to Bank- Preparation of CMA data for the Limit increment/renewal- Filing of ROC documents required by the bank- Calculation of Monthly Service Tax and R&D Cess Payable- Deposit of Monthly Service Tax and R&D Cess- Preparation of the ST-3 return- Monthly Sales Tax Calculation- Preparation of the details for the Sales tax Return Quarterly- Preparation of the details for the Sales tax Return Annually- Annual Sales Tax / CST Forms receiving and Issue (VAT-C4, D-1, C Form)- Complete knowledge of GST return filing with the government.- Preparation of the details for the Sales tax assessment- Routine Dealing with Sales tax Department- Monthly calculation of TDS Deposit- Quarterly TDS Return Submission- Download and Issue of TDS Certificate both Quarterly and Annually,- Dealing with the TDS Dept. for the TDS demand raised- Monthly calculation of Excise Duty Payable- Preparation of Excise Registers (RG-1, RG23A-I, RG23A-II, RG23C-I, RG23C-II)- Preparation of Monthly Excise Return ER-1 and 6- Routine Dealing with Excise Department- Dealing with Custom Department for Shipment Clearing- Preparation of Annually Excise Return ER-4, ER-5 and ER-7- Handle Excise Audit- Replying to excise notices- Providing various records to the Statutory Auditor during Stat Audit (Weekly)- Providing various records to the Statutory Auditor during Stat Audit (Annual)- Preparing and filing the ROC documents i.e. Board resolutions, Director Reports, MGT-9 etc.- Preparation and Filing of Form ADT-1, AOC-4 and MGT-7- Replying to ROC Dept. for the notice issued- Proficiency in Tally. All modules- Preparation of all Documents required for Export- Preparation of All Documents required for clearing the Remittances (Both Inward & Outward)- Final Verification of Salary and transfer to Bank,Skills :-
