Job Description

Manage tech packs from the buyer and initiate the counter collection - Like fabric sourcing, Trims sourcing, arranging Proto samples, Photo shoot samples, SMS and on order confirmation from buyer arranging PP samples, TOP samples and shipment samples . Working with fabric and trims suppliers on recent trends and arranging the swatches to buyers and asking for selections and taking up to the next stage of order confirmations based on buyers interest. Developing desklooms/CADS based on buyers request and submitting the same to buyer for approval and proceeding to the next stage. Developing Trims/Embroidery /Print mock ups and sending the same to buyer for approval Along with the desklooms /Trims submission or on immediate selection of styling from buyers, we will aim to submit proto sample for approval in similar available fabric for fit approval (to ensure that the next level of sample in actual fabric will be sent on time if fit approvals are there in place) Based on buyers. requirement explaining the required details to the sample team and to initiate the CAD/pattern/ Proto samples. If any queries are there for the sampling team/ pattern master, write to the buyer and get the required clarifications Preparing Cost sheets and quoting prices to buyers based on final approval from GM on the pricing. Following with the factory and getting the samples and bulk related status with T& A Chart. On receipt of samples checking the same for appearance, correct fabric and trims usage and to check whether all the comments are incorporated as per buyers requirement. Coordinating with logistic team to arrange dispatch of samples to buyers. Arranging the required photography for preparing the ppt and sharing with customer. Preparing the Critical Paths updating the sample status in the portal for some buyers who use their own portals for status updation. Once the orders are confirmed, prepare the fabric requirement and Trims requirement sheet. We will get the final better prices from the supplier and will seek final approval from GM to place the orders with fabric and Trims suppliers. Raising purchase orders with the help of procurement dept for fabric, accessories & Trims with all the prices, delivery dates and conditions. Coordinating with all the suppliers for timely in-housing of fabric, embroidery/printing, accessories and trims. Ensure the communication with the customer is documented and channeled to the production/quality departments in a clear, complete and on-time manner.
