Roles & Responsibbility :

• generating leads and actively pursuing, persuading, and converting leads.
• Make sure all sales procedures and specifications are followed.

• Keep up with daily reports.
• Must be able to operate in a target-driven, fast-paced workplace.
• self-driven and capable of working both individually and collaboratively.
Candidate Profile :
• Bachelors Degree in any stream
• Proven Work experience required of 2 to 4 sales and marketing in Any Sector(Most Prefer BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors)
• Strong Communications Skills
• Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and team management skills
• Customer-oriented
