As the Head of Deliveries, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing project deliveries, nurturing client relationships, and managing our consulting services division.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of consultants to ensure the successful delivery of client projects within scope, budget, and timeline.Provide strategic guidance and oversight on project methodologies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client objectives.Act as the primary point of contact for key client engagements, fostering strong relationships and understanding client needs to deliver tailored solutions.Utilize your deep understanding of ESG frameworks and regulations to advise clients on integrating sustainable practices into their business strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that address client challenges and drive measurable impact.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement corrective actions to mitigate issues and ensure project success.Help business development efforts by identifying opportunities for additional client engagements and contributing to proposal development and presentations.Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance on professional development and fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Environmental Science, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.Proven experience (7 years) in a consulting leadership role, with a focus on delivering advisory services related to ESG and sustainability.Strong understanding of global ESG standards, frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD), and regulatory requirements.Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.Exceptional client management and relationship-building abilities, with a demonstrated capability to understand client needs and deliver value-added solutions.Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations and business outcomes.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis, business modelling, and data interpretation.Effective communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.Leadership qualities with a collaborative approach to working in a team-oriented environment.Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, PMP) are advantageous.Why Join Us: At Vison360, you will have the opportunity to work with industry-leading professionals and make a meaningful impact by helping clients navigate critical business challenges and achieve sustainable growth.
