Dear candidate ,We are hiring for AgencySales Manager CTC: 2.40 to 3.76 LPA + IncentivesLocation: Pune, Dhule, Nagpur, Kolhapur, Alwar, Bikaner, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Delhi, Gurgaon.
• To recruit and appoint agents for business
• Train agents on products, process and USPs of Co.
• Manage the daily activity of producers to ensure strong pipeline.
• Coach & guide agents to cross sell and grow their business
• Analysis the marketing and target the new strategy
• To achieve target plan
Candidate Requirement:
• Graduation must be required
• 2 + years experience in sales and marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Local candidate with good local network
