Job Description

The Sales Manager/BD manager will be responsible for the regions business and will be working with the APAC Head. The candidate is responsible for partner management, prospecting, lead gen, pre-sales/sales, negotiations, and closures. Since we are growing fast, the candidate needs to focus on building the business ground-up in the identified regions (BD). Which requires, dedication and a disciplined approach. Ability to build on their network and create opportunities in a competitive market. He or she will get necessary support from the product teams and management, however, they are totally responsible for the achievement of customer acquisition and revenue goals. Process orientation: Since the potential to grow is huge, we are keen that sales managers utilize CRM tools provided to them. This will help not only the sales managers to follow the leads but also gives visibility to the management regarding sales funnel and prospect/client engagement.
