Job Description

Objective:Looking for a candidate who had good experience in access technologies (HFC Networks) operations and FTTH network issues with major focus on resolving network faults and building resilience with improved quality of service.Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

To maintain good relationship with all ERPs and responsible for building a high-quality network of ERP
Analyze and resolve Ethernet /FTTX/FTTH network issues by closely coordinating with the

partners.

Engage with business team & partners on the ground to understand the challenges with

customer services & deployed networks and get the gaps closed

Improve the network SLA s & the response time for resolving any network faults.
Strategize in coordination with peers to bring down the fault rates & the complaint ratios

consistently.

Anticipate potential problems and proactively give suggestions to Partners/Internal Teams in

areas like process adherence, technology up gradation/ optimization, better service delivery.

Ensure partner satisfaction by responding to all escalations regarding deliveries

Key skills:

Having good exposure to various telecom network architectures && technologies like FTTn, FTTx, HFC, CATV etc.
Strong knowledge and hands on experience in troubleshooting for OSP design, specifically HFC

architecture and passive optical networks

Must be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously related to network queries.
Produce timely and detailed service reports regarding the issues.
