Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:- Respond to wedding inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations.- Schedule and conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their wedding needs and preferences.- Present and explain our wedding packages and services, tailoring proposals to meet clients specific requirements.- Follow up with potential clients to answer questions and provide additional information.- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.- Collaborate with the planning team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to event execution.- Attend bridal shows, wedding fairs, and other industry events to generate leads and promote our services.- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process.Qualifications:- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the wedding or events industry.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.- Creative and detail-oriented mindset.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.- Passion for weddings and helping clients achieve their dream day.Benefits:- Competitive salary with commission-based incentives.- Health Policy- A supportive and collaborative work environment.Thanks & RegardsNandini
