Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage and oversee daily operations within a designated area of the warehouse, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and efficiency.
    • Lead, train, and supervise a team of warehouse associates, ensuring performance aligns with company standards.
    • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring proper stock rotation, storage, and tracking using warehouse management systems (WMS).
    • Ensure that all inbound and outbound shipments are handled on time and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and sales, to streamline warehouse operations and resolve issues.
    • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and safety.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure productivity, safety, and accuracy, and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
    • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
    • Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing training to improve skills and foster a positive team culture.
    • Resolve issues related to inventory discrepancies, shipping delays, or damaged goods.
    • Assist in warehouse layout optimization and workflow improvement projects to enhance operational performance.
