OM Telentia Carrier offers its carrier partners a single source for niche call termination to fixed and mobile networks by leveraging its relationships with local partners and entities to provide the highest standard quality of service.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Voice Sales Manager at OM TELENTIA located in New Delhi. The Voice Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, generating new business, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The Voice Sales Manager will manage a team of sales executives and report to the Director of Sales.Qualifications Sales, Business Development, and. Negotiation skills Experience in the Telecom industry with knowledge of Voice and SMS services Ability to manage and motivate a team of sales executives Excellent written and verbal communication skills Problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities Experience in managing key accounts and maintaining relationships with clients Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Previous experience in a Voice Sales Manager role is a plus,
