Description:Visual DesignerExperience: 5-10 Years, Job Responsibilities:Job Summary:The Visual Designer plays an integral role in the creative design, visualisation and execution of graphical userinterfaces for enterprise applications and digital products/experiences. This role encompasses collaborationwith user experience designers, product team, application development team, and key stakeholders.Day-to-day tasks will consist of creating visually engaging, aesthetically-pleasing, innovative and functionalmobile / web products & solutions. Ability to bring vision and concepts to life will not only be welcomed butcelebrated. The designer should be able to standardize the visual elements to work on common designlanguage in the form of a design system. One of the key aspects of this role is a thorough understanding of theright balance between business, design and technology; serving the brand s purpose and mission.Strong visualisation and conceptualization skill required. A good hands-on experience of designing, maintaining and implementing design systems withprecision from start to finish including the execution of design in the development phase. Excellent control and command on visual design aesthetics and principles. Focus on practicing thisknowledge to multi-channel digital experiences. Eye for detail and a passion for delivering quality with speed and productivity, should be able to graspand distill highly complex issues and translate them into understandable and systematic solutions. Strong ideation skills and competency in storytelling to demonstrate ideas to clients and otherstakeholders. Should have a good understanding of responsive, fluid & adaptive design approaches. Proficiency in visual and interactive tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. Capable to function independently and collaboratively as per the need of a team environment. Should be a self-starter, proactive, self-motivated, able to handle work independently, and performmultiple tasks under minimal supervision.Education and Qualification: Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Visual Designer. With substantial experience in enterprise andmobile applications. Degree in design/visual arts or equivalent portfolio and experience. Knowledge of product design, visual communication and usability best practices is required. Must have good communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills. An excellent online portfolio exhibiting all of the above.
