Job Description

Key Responsibilities as a Tech Lead :

  • Build and lead a team of technology professionals
  • Define technology strategy end-to-end
  • Provide architecture and design support to the team to solve complex programming problems in an efficient manner
  • Ensure that other developers in the team understand the impact of their work on Credflows business and end-users
  • Be accountable for timelines and raise any red flags early in the development process to avoid last-minute delays

Qualifications and skills
  • Undergraduate/Graduate degree from a Tier-1/2 college
  • Has full stack proficiency, managing large amounts of data and prior exposure to all aspects - backend, web frontend, mobile apps, dev-ops, testing, cloud, machine learning, AI etc.
Experience 2-4 years of experienceGood to Have Previous experience in a startup or as an entrepreneur.
