    • Managing a team of Insurance Agents.
    • Must have strong understanding on KRA/KPIs

    • Control Team Attrition & Motivate Agents for Work.
    • Preparing Daily MIS & Reports.
    • Review Mechanism.
    • Data Analysis.
    • Must have experience with dialling strategy like- Preview ,Predictive and progressive mode.
    • Must be knowing APR properly. Agent productivity report.
