Job Description

    Looking for someone who can join us on immediate basis Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate with reporting manager to identify staffing needs & determine selection criteria
    • Familiar with social media networks, resumes database and professional hiring/ recruitment platforms also able to source potential candidates through using these channels.
    • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
    • Responsible for completing the joining formalities of new recruit.
    • Maintain the documents of the new joining in hard copy.
    • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interview.
    • Design job descriptions and interview questions as per each positions requirements
    • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by each department
    • Decent verbal and written communication skills
    • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
