Job Description

Dear Candidate,We have an urgent opening forJob Position:Customer Care ExecutiveExperience: Min 6 Months of experience from Gold Loan background or from Banking space with Sales experienceWalk In Date:13th Feb 2021Venue:IIFL, UG-1 Ocean Complex, Sector 18, Noida.Contact Person - Shivangi BansalLocation- Delhi/ Gurgaon/ Noida/ Faridabad/ Ghaziabad

  1. Attend Customer Walk-Ins and address customer issues w.r.t. Gold Loan process & various schemes available at IIFL.
  2. Verify customers KYC & complete online registration.
  3. Provide after sales service to existing customers and obtain references from them to increase customer base.
  4. Provide good customer service experience while pledging / releasing /interest payment transactions.
  5. Ensure to bring in New CUIDs (New Customers) and maintain good relationship with existing customers for generating renewal & referral business.
  6. Participate in marketing activities to improve the brand visibility of IIFL Gold Loan branch in the catchment areas and generate leads of prospective customers.
  7. Drive cross-sell of other financial products to existing customers.
  8. Ensure customer callings as per CRM leads and update in system.
  9. Ensure strong follow up for interest collections to keep NPAs in control
