Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 8 Areas Actionable (4-6) Target Achievement To achieve the Business Budgets allocated basis Job bands E1 / E2 / E3/E To track the Manpower Modules (HBL), and ensure the budgeted Manpower is in place at all times To ensure income targets are met while at the same time maintaining the product mix across 16+ product lines To track PB productivity and actively contribute in bringing up the TSEs up the Productivity Curve To closely monitor the business trends and make amends whenever necessary to arrest deviations in the sourcing patterns and ensure compliance with the Policy Constant co-ordination with Field Fulfillment teams to ensure that the leads generated are catered in a timely manner within prescribed TATS Maintain quality of acquisition by achieving budgeted approval rates, product mix and segments Monitoring random calls to improve quality minimize errors and track performance.
  • Monitor customer interaction by regular barge-in to ensure business is conducted in a manner that is aligned with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures Sales Force Management Achieve conversion ratios, product budgets and objectives that are set out for the year to enhance productivity of the channel.
  • Periodically review the business trajectory, targets and achievements, disposition management and implement the business strategies.
  • To ensure that the team is adequately trained and skilled across 16 product lines to provide sales support to the customer and ensure conversion Cross Functional Team Management Interaction with Local Fulfilment team for fulfilment of Leads Generated for Retail Assets, Credit Cards and Card Products Interaction with Quality team for training and periodic product updates for team and Training for new jokiness Interaction with HDB-HR for HR operations, hiring and induction Manage the file processing life cycle through interaction with cross functional teams like, Fulfilment team Line Credit, RIC & Operations.
  • Work with cross functional teams to ensure FTNR and Turn Around Times are within benchmarks thus ensuring customer delight Initiate a continuous feedback loop with the cross functional teams to identify process improvement areas for faster processing, cost reduction and quality sourcing for the Bank.
  • Product Focus Strategy To Conceptualize and implement the acquisition strategy for database segments.
  • Implement innovative acquisition strategies to maximize number acquisition.
  • To maintain product focus across 16 product lines and any additional lines that we will have in future Review and ensure a better database planning, management, reporting and better efficiency in the channel.
  • Ensuring that entire team comply with laid down banks guidelines & audit norms.
  • Also involves corrective actions to be initiated for process improvement.
  • Staffing and Team Building To ensure a resource of trained staff to meet the business challenges.
  • Ensure hiring of staff as per approvals within specified time lines.
  • Regular inputs to all the supervisory staff on handling their respective area of operations.
  • Carry out Monthly Assessment for each reporting staff and ensure that each Supervisory staff receives feedback on performance and actionable.
  • Process Management Ensuring all the processes designed and implemented by the channel are followed without deviation.
  • Tracking the processes through reports and interaction with the constituents.
  • Improve existing processes to lead to better conversion ratios .
  • Adherence to Auditory and Regulatory Mandates To be 100% compliant on all Regulatory and Auditory Mandates and that the Team conducts business strictly in accordance with due Process Compliance Complaint Management To investigate into customer complaints and provide reverts to the Channels Central Team and also the respective Complaints Handling teams towards closure within TAT.
