It sincerely impresses upon the idea that being born amongst the underprivileged is a fault of none.We are hiring candidates for the role of Telecaller and profile is based at Vikaspuri, West Delhi to call individuals seeking donation for our NGO.Responsibilities and DutiesCold calling to donors.Achieving monthly targetsInform existing and new donors about various programs and projects of Diya India Foundation.Respond to Questions & Queries of donors.Document All Call Information according to Standard Operating Procedures.Looking for candidates with fluency in English and Hindi.This job is suitable for any one who previously worked as a customer support executive, client success, bpo job / call center job, customer care, tele sales, tele caller as we would prefer candidates having experience with communication over the phone, you may still apply if you are a fresher.
