Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
Planning, Editing, and Proofreading of the content.
Brainstorm new and creative ideas for writing Tutorials, Lists and Explainer articles to help end-users to use a variety of applications
Conducting research on the given topics to come up with engaging content that provides in-depth knowledge of the same.
Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.

Desired Skills:

Must have a good command over the English language
Should have basic knowledge of SEO
Ability to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to detail
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
Basic knowledge of web development, online marketing, digital marketing, and software development
