Job Description

We have a Job Opening for the post of Team Leader in Delhi Okhala.Position- Team LeaderWork experience- Minimum 2 yearsQualification- Any UG/GraduateShift Timings- 4pm-2am 12am-10amJob Roles And Responsibility :

  • Manage a team of up to 20 delivery boys
  • Ensure strict adherence of SOPs by the team
  • Track attendance and ensure the team is coming on time
  • Ensure timely and accurate deliveries by closely coordinating with the team
  • Liaison with customer care team to resolve complaints
  • Create daily reports as and when necessary
  • Attend to and solve grievances of the team
