Job Description

Hi,We are looking for Team Leader-OperationsPosition: Team Leader-OperationsSalary Package: Rs. 7LPA to 8 LPA + Other benefitsJoining Date: 15 Days Or LessJob Location: Gurgaon & DelhiResponsibilities

  • Responsible for managing day to day operations, call and email quality, performance according to the relevant service level metrics, compliance to guidelines and policies for providing the Support Services.
  • Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries and effectively handling customer complaints
  • Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines
  • Communicates team goals and identifies areas for improvement
  • Assists with hiring and new team member training
  • Supports team members work for quality and guideline compliance
  • Communicates deadlines and sales goals to team members
  • Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
  • Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
  • Supports the team manager and performs management duties in managers absence
Minimum Qualification & Competencies
  • Graduate with fluency in written and spoken English
  • At least 3-4 years of strong Outbound sales experience. Should have supervisory/ management experience or progressive experience including supervisory roles
  • 2+ years proven consultative sales and business development experience with proven track record of target achievement
  • Proven communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and phone) with the ability to work with all levels of employees
  • Good understanding of Google Products and knowledge of traditional and digital media and the competitive landscape
  • Should be certified on Google Ads Certifications and must have in-depth knowledge of Google Ads Platform and product
  • Should have experience in managing Google Ads campaigns in past and should have handled ROI based large campaigns
  • Strong people & team management experience with proven leadership skills
  • Experience in managing corporate and field sales experience
