Job Description

    URGENT REQUIREMENT FORPOSITION -TEAM LEADERLOCATION - MOTI NAGAREXPERIENCE -2-7 YEARBUDGET-2-5 LPAKEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage a team of Assistant Relationship Officers(Telecallers) and achieve sales targets assigned to the teamMotivate, train lead the team towards successful outcomesIncrease lead conversions from all team membersManaging monitoring client portfolios and advising them on a regular basisMaintaining overall spread of business in order to deliver highest lead to disbursal conversionEnsure no losses or error occurring while assisting customerWork towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling / fraud in the processesResponding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication.Adheres to and supports company policies and no practices.KEY EXPERIENCES REQUIRED
    1. 2-7 years of experience in sales of loans or any other banking financial product, preferably for online customers
    2. High-energy, positive attitude passion for Sales
    3. Excellent Communication Skills
    4. Good in quantitative aptitude
    5. Must be a graduate (BA/B.com/B.Sc/B.B.A/MBA)
    6. Computer Savvy
    7. Candidate from Personal Loan Product will be given more preference
    8. Should have handled a team of at least 8-10 people
    9. Flexible to work for 6 days a week
