Job Description

    **Position:** Talent Acquisition Manager / Senior Manager **Industry:** BPO**Location:** Naraina Head Office, New Delhi **Salary:** Up to 65,000 per month #### Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager / Senior Manager to lead our bulk hiring efforts in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-volume recruitment processes. This role is crucial in building and maintaining a robust pipeline of talent to meet the companys rapid expansion and operational needs.#### Key Responsibilities:- **End-to-End Recruitment:** Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.- **Bulk Hiring Management:** Lead large-scale recruitment drives, including planning, execution, and follow-up to meet the high-volume staffing requirements.- **Strategic Planning:** Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies tailored to the BFSI sector to attract and retain top talent.- **Stakeholder Management:** Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.- **Sourcing and Screening:** Utilize various sourcing channels and techniques to identify potential candidates. Conduct initial screenings and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates.- **Candidate Experience:** Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.- **Reporting and Analytics:** Track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process.#### Qualifications:- **Education:** Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
