As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for building Java (Web/Backend) and mobile applications. This includes anything between complex groups of back-end services and their client-end (desktop and mobile) counterparts. But mostly your focus will be on the development of back-end services along with their integration to different clients. You will be responsible for building Java (Web/Backend) and mobile applications. This includes anything between complex groups of back-end services and their client-end (desktop and mobile) counterparts. But mostly your focus will be on the development of back-end services along with their integration to different clients. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop these applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. The role will involve communicating to different stakeholders for different scrum activities. The role will require talking to different teams for API integrations. Thus, good communication skills are a must., *Who you are Strong software engineering, analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills including experience speaking to technical and business colleagues and working globally Hands-on experience in designing large scale distributed systems Proactive and able to work with the team. Proficient in Java/J2EE with a good knowledge of its ecosystems. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles and Design Patterns. Experience in RESTful APIs (Spring Boot) to connect applications to back-end services. Experience with message broker preferably RabbitMQ. Strong Azure cloud knowledge. Strong database knowledge, CosmosDB/MongoDB is preferred. Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Azure Git Repositories, build/release pipelines and build tools like Maven.
