The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and managing operations within the insurance sector, with a particular focus on sales strategies, process optimization, and driving business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can implement effective sales operations and deliver exceptional results.Key Responsibilities:
    • Strategic Leadership: Lead and manage the operations team, driving strategic initiatives to improve sales performance and overall operational efficiency.
    • Sales Management: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company objectives, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. Collaborate with sales teams to optimize processes, increase productivity, and enhance customer experience.
    • Insurance Operations: Oversee end-to-end insurance operations, including policy administration, claims processing, underwriting support, and compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards.
    • Process Optimization: Analyse current processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements that drive operational excellence and cost optimization.
    • Stakeholder Management: Act as a key liaison between different departments, including sales, underwriting, claims, customer service, and IT, to ensure seamless operations
