Job Description

    Job RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts within the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with specific experience in selling financial products and services to banks, financial institutions, and insurance companies. They will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals.Job Summary
    1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the BFSI sector.
    2. Identify and prioritize key accounts and prospects within the BFSI industry, and develop targeted sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships.
    3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within banks, financial institutions, and insurance companies.
    4. Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their sales targets and career goals.
    5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of sales efforts.
    6. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments within the BFSI sector, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
    7. Track sales performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports and analysis to senior management.
    8. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services and network with key stakeholders.
    Desired Qualification
    1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
    Desired Skills & Competencies
    • Proven experience minimum 7 years in sales roles preferable in BFSI sector, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and building client relationships.
    • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including banking, lending, wealth management, insurance, and risk management will be an advantage.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies that differentiate our offerings and drive competitive advantage.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and close complex deals.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
    • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support sales activities.
