Job Description

    Industrybuying.com is looking for a highly motivated, smart and analytical Sales professional to lead the business development initiatives for the assigned region (this position is based out of Delhi). Reporting directly to the founders, the core responsibilities will be to grow and manage the business at Industrybuying.com Roles and Responsibilities: - Pitching and winning multi-crore contracts to CxO level audience at large enterprises across a combination of people cost, technology and procurement solutions.- Quarter on quarter business growth and transformation to make Industrybuyings offerings/services more efficient and effective.- Team Management: Build and lead a team of 4 to 7 members, based majorly out of Delhi-NCR and be responsible for teams performance and development.- Account Management: Demonstrate sharp skills of managing key accounts and grow them further vis-vis extended portfolio of offering and turning spot buys into contract purchases- Extracting complete potential of contract clients and identifying new organizations as clients and strategic partners; contract closures with blue chip clients. Desired Candidate Profile: - 5-8 years of relevant experience, can preferably be a mix of B2B sales and manufacturing and OEM sales and a proven track record of significant business expansion- Prior work experience in the region or familiarity with the local language is a must- Highly analytical with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products- Should have lead a team of 4-6 members- Highly analytical with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products- Excellent academic record. Engineering graduate from Tier I/Tier II colleges.,
