We do it all through our 100% plug-in electric rickshaws.We are looking for strong engineers who can hack around multiple technologies and build highly scalable, low latency, distributed systems with RESTful services.Why Oye! You will get a chance to grow as a technologist and as an Oyepreneur very quickly.A Senior Analyst will be responsible for the following:- Owner of all performance analysis for engagement & marketing campaigns.- Analyze consumer funnels to identify target sets to optimize conversions. -Analyze conversions for primary value props and work with Demand leads to improve the same.- Analyze user persona to optimize online ad target sets & identify demand hotspots.- Publish daily, weekly, monthly reports on engagement, acquisition, retention, P&L, etc.Essential requirements:- 3+ years of analytical experience.- Proficiency in SQL is essential.- R/Python skills are preferable.- Previous experience as an analyst in Demand, Marketing, or Product preferred.- Engineering/Maths/Statistics background preferred.,
