Join our team as we reimagine the future of research.Responsibilities : - Ownership of all technical aspects of SalesForce.com , including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications and AppExchange products- Responsible for developing customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions- Lead Salesforce administration to take the ownership of technical delivery and escalate to relevant resources on roadblocks.- Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement- Seek out opportunities to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace- Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/codeBasic Qualifications : - Bachelors degree from 4-year University- Minimum 4 years of Salesforce Admin/Developer experience- Certified Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM-201) or equivalent experience- Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Exmcel Connector, DemandTools, Eclipse Force.com IDE)- Demonstrative success with implementing at least one large Salesforce.com project- Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end usersPreferred Qualifications : - Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field- In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application coupled with good understanding of the business processes (Sales, Marketing, Partner Management, etc.)- Professional experience in a test-driven and formal QA development environment, including development/staging/production (or similar) deployment cycles- Knowledge of Agile development practices, particularly sprint planning and assessment
