Job Description

    Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the solar industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of solar engineering, a proven track record in sales leadership, and excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the companys goals and objectives.Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.2. Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.3. Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong. relationships with key clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction.Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts.4. Revenue Generation:Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring the achievement of revenue and profitability goals.Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.5. Market Expansion:Identify and explore new markets and business segments to expand the companys presence.Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance market reach.6. Sales Reporting and Analysis:Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for presentation to the leadership team.Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.7. Contract Negotiation:Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and agreements.8. Regulatory:Ensure understanding about about industry regulations.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelors degree Engineering, or a related field.
