Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate with sales team on regular basis.
    • Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
    • To maintain sales records and report goal setting to sales team managers.
    • Responding to complaints from Sales Team.
    • Hands-on experience in preparing monthly sales reports, collections feedback, etc.
    • Prepared Expenses Sheet for Fund Transfer
    • Drafting Mail according to requirement.
    • Maintaining Attendance / DCR /Tour Plan.
    • Follow-ups with the Account Team
    • Making the Report Monthly / Quarterly/ Yearly.
    • Maintaining the Dispatch details records on daily basis.
    • Complete the formalities of New joining.
    Qualification:
    • Bachelors degree
    • Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
